The meeting with the therapist was very good- she really cares about you as a person, but most insurances are not covered so was not able to continue with her. Very horrible in terms of communication first time calling i was greeted by “what?” which is a disgusting way to treat those aiming for mental health help.
They are the only reason Im not giving this a place 1 star. I tried calling this week, their phone line is now out of order.!It is a shame because the psychiatrist and therapist i have been seeing at mindview are so wonderful and provide excellent care.
She told me there was nothing they could do about the charge they had already processed, and that they did not offer payment plans, even though I was informed that they did when I first signed up with them.That was in May, and I have not received a single bill from them since then. She apologized and explained that none of my bills had ever been uploaded to the patient portal, and the receptionist I had spoke to no longer worked there. After calling the office repeatedly for a WEEK, I finally was able to talk to the head of billing. I checked the patient portal, and there was nothing there. I told them this was ridiculous that I was never notified of any bill due, and they told me that it was all on the patient portal. I called on Monday and was informed that this was because of my excessive overdue balance with them, and I was lucky they didnt cancel my future appointments. They did not Bill me the first 3 months I was going to them, repeatedly telling me that I had nothing due, and they would tell me once insurance build them.Then out of nowhere one Saturday morning, I got charged $700. Their administration is the most unorganized, unethical practice I have ever come across in my life.
